Join our campaign to save Titchfield Festival Theatre and keep it open for the benefit of the community we serve!

We recently opened a new 400+ seat theatre to complement our other spaces, but the local borough council are seeking to close it down.


By signing this petition, you will, hopefully, be able to stop that from happening. Halting the closure of their new theatre will allow TFT to continue to thrive and provide quality performing arts experiences and opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds for many years to come.

We need your help! To stop Fareham Borough Council's vendetta against our community theatre.


TFT is producing over 30 shows per annum in-house. It is a not-for-profit charity and attracts a broad age range to its membership and audience figures. It has a full constitution, allowing its members to choose its officers. TFT is solely funded through their own box office receipts and commercial activity. Current active membership is over 790, with a rapdily growing youth theatre with over 300 participants. The company does not rely on sponsorship, grants (either national or local), or donations to ensure it continues its activities.

In the immediate pipeline, there are two more films in progress. One is about the car parking saga at TFT, and the other will showcase the fabulous work of the Youth Theatre Groups.
