Welcome to the TFT (Titchfield Festival Theatre) family – we are so pleased you have decided to become part of our TFT Youth Associates.


It is completely FREE to become a TFT Youth Associate – all we ask is that you dedicate some of your time to support the theatre. This can be as a Performer, Technical (Sound & Light), Bar work, Front of House, Youth Theatre, Set (Design, Painting, Props, Building), Directing, Playwriting or Costume.


Most of the TFT Youth Associate projects will incur a small fee to perform in, this is to fund the opportunities. Our projects include collaborations with theatres such as National Theatre and MAST Studios. As well as entries into events and festivals locally and across the country. We have 1:1 specialised acting courses available to our Youth Associates which include Lamda qualifications and Examinations.


If you choose to join us, we will ask you to complete an TFT Youth Associates Registration Form (Below). This form will be confidential within TFT. The information you give us will enable us to support you, keep you updated and maintain a healthy and safe environment for all. When your registration is completed, you will be invited to join TFT Youth Associates Facebook page. This is where all audition dates/times are posted and requests for help in Front of House, set design, backstage etc.

TFT Youth Associates are volunteers aged 14 to 20.  If you are under 14, please become a TFT Young Performer.
